It is hard to believe that the humble wine cask is dying a slow death. I am sure many of us have imbibed in the contents of a wine cask at some stage in our wine drinking lives. Some of you maybe 'cut your teeth' on Lindemans 5L Coolabah. While the quality of the wine has improved over the years with the introduction of the 2 L Banrock, Yalumba varietals and others it seems that our tastes have matured in favour of the bottle.
